Description

As a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) with over 19 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I specialize in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), aged 0-14, helping them achieve academic, behavioral, and social success. Since 2010, I have served as the Executive Director of the ICDC, where I design and deliver training programs for educators, staff, and parents, and provide individualized therapy to children with ASD.
As a member of the QABA International Standards Committee and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), I actively contribute to shaping global standards in ABA. Under my leadership, ICDC became an approved ABAT coursework provider. In April 2026, I founded the Armenian Association for Behavior Analysis, with the aim of advancing the field of ABA in Armenia, promoting high professional standards, and strengthening collaboration within the local and international behavior analytic community.
I am deeply passionate about driving meaningful change through leadership and collaboration, and I am committed to equipping children and their families with the tools they need to succeed and thrive.
