He voluntarily makes business trips to NKR. In Central Military Clinic of Stepanakert he rendered medical aid to hundreds of patients, wounded fighting men-liberators and to peaceful inhabitants, he was in charge of treatment of patients with critical injuries of face and extremities. He delivered medicines and charitable assistance to NKR.

Head of Republican Center of Plastic Surgery and simultaneously in 1996 he founded and headed the chair of Surgery and Microsurgery of YSMU after M.Heratsi.
