Lilit Mazmanyan is the Founder and Executive Director of the Connect Early Intervention Center.

She has been working for many years in the fields of child development, early intervention, and behavioral analysis, creating a safe and supportive environment for families.

For many years, she has also regularly conducted parent training programs, helping families better understand, manage, and effectively support children with developmental challenges.
